And his annoyed, off-camera reaction to her persistent attempts to get a word in edgewise was to mistakenly dismiss both her and her genuine concerns as "bigoted".

Ms Duffy's personal reaction to the Prime Minister's comment was "disgusted" and "upset". "They have no idea how we're living in this country," she said.
